ESR does sell PV motors, but their PV's look nothing like that, sorry.

What you have is a Rotax style PV, which is actually the best type/style that there is. I have no idea what caused your PV to fail, or even what is exactly wrong with it. You will need to post more/better pictures of what is wrong, because what you've just posted is a picture of your PV with no apparent damage (as far as I know). Maybe there is nothing wrong with your PV and it is something else??

If there is something in fact wrong with your PV I've saved this information that I found on another forum which was written by a gentleman much smarter that me on this topic. Here is what he wrote:

"I dug up what I had in my records from '01 when Arlan built my 350PV. Here is the list to build a complete Rotax powervalve assembly. Note that all the parts listed are originally for a 2000 Ski Doo Mach 1R, except the exhaust valve nut which is from a 2000 MXZ700.

420239048 - spring clamp for bellows
420838253 - lower bellows spring clamp
420239944 - spring
420241221 - power valve spring adjuster cap
420241236 - allen screws (need 2)
420250239 - gasket
420854267 - housing
420854449 - exhaust valve nut
420911552 - bellows cover
290838083 - cap holder clip (note: this is the clip that holds the cap on. I tapped the housing for M6 bolts and bolted the cap on instead of using the clip)
290260723 - bellows
420854307 - power valve (this is what works for the 350 bore. For my 265PV LRD machined their own guillotine valve)

Last time I built one of these it was around $200. Best place I have found to buy Ski Doo parts online is www.motorcitypowersport.com. My 265PV uses all the same parts except the valve itself."
- "Witz" from www.trx250r.net

Hopefully this helps!

Wes

tonight i took my engine apart and it wasnt good when the powervalve broke the loud pinging i heard was a piece of the powervalve hitting my piston so now the piston looks like it is melted down over the rings where the piece was hitting it so now i got to buy all new and was wondering what is the easiest way to assemble the engine by getting the piston and rings up into the jug?
