Default changing a dome need help

i was wondering how you can screw out the old dome and put a new one in i can see where it will screw out but i dont how to screw it out so i need help

Just push it out with your thumbs. It's a pain it the rear, but it will come out.

i tried to push it out by my fingers and it doesnt move at all i tried spraying it with pb breaker and let it soak then tried it again nothing is there any suggestions
