| thats bored way to much thats big in all honestly thats paper thin wall and will blow up in a short period of time go get a 250r cylinder off of ebay with like a 10 over bore or stock bore for about 200 to 300 bucks and sometimes those cylinder come ported thats what i would do and use that piston kit u got

| will it depends how u ride fast,slow the only thing that lubes that wall is 2-cylce oil and that piston is going up and down about 500 times a min or more depending on how u ride and that wall gets scroching hot and the oil will boil and those rings will make grooves if tolerances isnt 100% between skirt and rings and over time the wall will get scars or crack and 80 over is very big if u ride fast and do jumps and ride high gears but run a good oil and maintence after everyride it should last for about a 1 year

| and when is the last time the bottom end has been done beouce thats alot of pressure and compression for a stock old bottom end i went 20 over on my trx with the stock bottom end that was rebuilt like 10 years ago and it has some miles on and about a week later i blew a crank bearing

| i ride it like i stole it lets just put it that way ! i just need it to last thru quadfest haha then im gonna do a 310 kit but i didnt have the xtra 900 cause i just rebuilt the entire bottom end so i ws just gonna freshen up the top end 20 over but now i find out it was already 80 and they wanna take it over more

turned out it was bored 80 over already so he wants to take it over more thik that is safe ?? i know if i blow it up i can kiss the cylinder goodbye or get it sleeved but is it worht it ? i mean in a cooling / performance aspect ? so the piston i orderd is no good know anyone that wants a brand new 20 weisco piston kit ? hahah well this shit never ends someone reassure me that his bike is worth it hahah
