Yea the carb will help out quite a bit.A nice reed cage will also help out too!! I would look at a PT hi-rev pipe before the esr trx5 pipe!!It's a better pipe and you can find em new on ebay for around $175!!Good luck,should be a sweet ride when all done!l Long live the trikes!!!

I bought what I was told was a 36mm carb but when i got it it is a 35mm air striker. Im not sure this carb will be big enough now. I dont plan on any real drag racing. Just the ocasional trip to pismo and riding around trails and what not. The head was sent out already and I sent flotek an email. He called me the next day to get info which really impressed me. I cant wait until I get the cylinder back.

35 should be plenty big enough. i run a 38 on my 300r.

I got everything back so i guess i need to get started putting it back together. Where should I start with the jetting. It has an fmf pipe and boysen reeds with the 35mm carb.

im also waiting for flotek to finish up my cylinder,ask denny what will work right with your port setup, let us know how u like it
