1984 honda 250r dripping coolant

The dirt bike we got has a steady drip coming out the overflow tube on the radiator. It does not leak until it heats up. It does not seem to be to hot though??? any ideas

One problem chould be two much water in your mixture or bad raidiator cap gasket

yes check cap.open rad.when warm and check the flow.are you getting it to hot?I use dex cool in our honda's with good luck.its important to have overflow bottle to check level,and return levels.mine will spit a little out but will pull it back in,and without bottle it cant.Ive got an extra bottle you can have,if you pay shipping.good luck.and dont worry about honda jokes,a good 84 250 cr will out run stock shee's all day,my cr 125 does!!!!
