Default took the bike up into the woods and BOG BOG BOG

ok i had planned on taking the cr up the street into the woods to put some break in time on the engine..i make it to the entrance of the woods and it just shut off..tried starting it..no luck so i pushed it home and clean the plug...started first kick then after about 30 seconds it shut off and wouldnt start..i cleaned the plug again and it started up then after like 30 secs it shut off and wouldnt start....the plug is obviously junk...its the factory plug and im goin to get new plugs soon...i know i have to ride this bike wound out..but i cant really when im breaking it in..will this bike do this to another plug if i ride it the same way??i mean i pull in the clutch once in a while and rev it...should i ride it faster????

well that bikes meant to have the piss rung out of it to make any power so you gotta keep the revs up or your dome and plug are proababy going to" loadup" get yourself an irridum plug or you may have to large a jet in there too. get a new irridium or platinum plug ride it at a high rpm and if it fouls that and everythin gelse checks out OK then id say you got some carb tuning to do.

you'll got through a lot of plugs on the break in, just carry plenty of extras on your first few rides.

Hell my Blaster wouldnt run for shit on a stock plug, I had to run a hotter plug... I replace the plug like every 2 months. But thats just me. Try stepping up to a hotter plug, that might help some.

Yeah go to a hotter plug for breaking it in. When breaking it in you can wind it out a little bit, its just best not to hold it pinned

i dont really want to mess with the heat ranges..ive been down that road before..its just mainly doing this because im not taking it for long rides..i needa get that thing out on some long roads for proper break in..i mean i know how to ride 2strokes fast im just takin it a little easy on this one...one because it my first bike in years..second the break in

In my opinion denso plugs are junk. They never last in my sled. Yamaha 570 and they fould pretty quick. Anybody else had this with denso?
