TRX250R G3 Reeds upadate

Well guys I got my G3 reeds and have them installed. One word can describe them....SWEET!!!!!!! These reeds are the best reeds I have ever had on my 250 by far. I took my boyessen's out, and the G3 is a ton better. Talk about throttle response......WOW! Im getting more power everywhere, these things pull. As far as reeds go Im going to have to say these guys are 5 steps in front of the rest. If anyone out there that has a 250r is looking to buy reeds you at least have to consider these. You wont be dissapointed.

Welcome aboard the G3 Band wagon. I've been telling people how sweet these reeds perform and how much power they create. Its great to have someone on here backing up my story. Did it increase your powerband dramaticly or what. My powerband is probably from a little before 1/2 throttle to pinned which makes it so fun to ride

how many pedal are these g3 reeds we're talking bout? i am currently running some crappy boysen, but i have a mossbarger cage and all i need is reeds. them mossbarger reeds are 8 pedal...i think thats gonna be a bit more responsive then these shitty boysens...let me know what you think

I am not a 100% sure but I remember when I was doing my research on the G3 Reeds I came across something that said 1dirracing was formerly Mossbarger but not 100% sure. I think the amount of reeds depends on the application. Like I know the Zilla reeds they have a 10 petal and a 8 petal. I would just give william a call and ask him.

I just called that dude at 1dirracing. He said that mossbarger is all incorperated with their company now. So basicall, no more actual mossbarger. He said he would allow me to send in my "old style" mossbarger cage and i could get the entire new G3 reed cage and reeds for $88. Thats a dam good savings. Looks like i'll be getting some new reeds before i hit the ice here in mich. (i am finishing the season with my boysen crap)

The guys at 1dir racing are good people. They have great service. The reeds for my 250r were like $134 with the shipping. My 250r is screaming right now with these reeds. The more I ride with them on the more I like them. Im getting more throttle response off the line to close to 1/2 throttle then it really opens up. from 1/2 throttle on up its a big increase. I really cant say enough about these reeds and the huge difference they are between them and the other companies. All I know is that I'm now convinced these are 4 real!
