95 CR250 Torque Specs or Manual

Hello everyone I just bought my son a very used 95 CR250, We have completely disassembled it to clean, re-lube and paint everything. Were also going to weld up some crushed tubing underneath the engine that was smashed in and cracked. We need to get the torque specs for all the hardware. We could see the last owner over tightened almost every nut and bolt on it. Were going to use a torque wrench and Loctite Purple Dot 222 on everything we can. A pdf with the torque specs would be greatly appreciated.
