I think this motor would be AWSOME in a quad, but with a MSRP of $23,999
for a 2004 Model I don't think I will be buying one anytime soon!

I think that website has to be wrong... you can buy a WAY bigger bike for cheaper, but it would be a 4-stroke though...

Or you can an old RZ 350 for 3500 and fix her up.

The reason its so expensive is probably because its new, theres not many 2-stroke street legal bikes made anymore that are readily avaliable and Honda probably had to dump a TON of money into that motor to make it meet EPA regulations for these days

If they can make an EPA approved 2stroke for a rqace bike why not for a quad?
No matter what brand we are loyal to we all know how good a modern trx250r would sell. And I bet there are a lot of us that would run out and buy one just because it is not a thumper. Also if they can meet EPA guidelines why can't anyone else?? There is still one hell of a good 2stroke market out there. They just need to give us a new model or 2.

Man that would be a sweet ass quad. Just be sure to bring a fresh pair of underware. I also think yamaha is making a mistake cuz the banshee is one of the top selling quads. Stupid tree huggin hippys ruin it for everyone!!!!!
