 84 cr125r liquid cooled,vs.83 125 air cooled is the stator and cdi box the same or?      |

 no they shouldn't be interchangeable....the 84 had a 6 pole stator while the 83 had a circular stator..... the CDI was also different.

Got a '86 TRX 250r... 38mm air striker carb, G3 reed cage and reed spacer, fmf pipe for now (it was free).... 84 200x it's a tank, rhino lined fenders, make it bullet proof 84 xr80 it was to cheap to pass up, and it's good to the take the crapper on cold mornings at the dunes, when you don't wanna wait for the shee to warm up In the works... 89 paul turner pipes and 30mm carbs... needs a new set of pistons and cylinders... |
