Default e3 spark plugs

I was watching nhra drag racing on espn the other day and they had a commerical that advertised these spark plugs called "E3 with diamond fire technology". I checked out their website, http://www.e3sparkplugs.com/ and they look pretty cool, but im guessing they are pretty damn expensive, like 7 or 8$ a plug or more. they say they improve fuel economy and power, and thats what i'd like if they are for real. I drive a 4 cyl 5 speed truck as my daily driver and I plan on changing the plugs on the next oil change (about 1500 2000 more miles). i'd like to try these if I know for sure they would perform as they say and not just be a waste of money.

I wouldn't trust them. They are sold at Walmart. Never buy plugs from there. Also, $7 isn't greatly expensive. My NGK's for my zilla run me around 5ish. At my old joke, worked in a car part warehouse, there was plugs that cost around 20 a piece. If you want more power and better fuel economy, you will want a better and stronger spark. A better way to get some more power would be to run synthetic oil in your truck. Less friction on the pistons means less power loss which means less fuel usage.
Also that website is a bitch to read, white text with a light blue background? WTF were they thinking.
