For your 03 Banshee use a BR8ES. I think this is the first year that Banshees required them because of a change to the electrical system. All the older Banshees take a B8ES. R stands for resistor if I remember correctly.

B8ES, BR8ES,(B8EV,B8EGV,B8EG) (discontinued) the "r" does stand for resistor, mainly for radio interference in cars. A resister plug may fire a bit longer if you are running rich. the discontinued plugs that I listed were different platinums that were availible. the ev is what i used to run because it was for higher rpm's/ throttle openings. now i run the iridium plugs. as long as you're jettrd correctly i recommend the irridium, if you're running poorly, fouling plugs alot or are jetting it, run the cheap es. if you've got it dialed the way you want it for a while, spend the $ and get the irridium. I cant think of the # right now but just ask for the comparable irridium plug.

Yes the R stands for a resister so when ur atv is running and somebody is chatting on a cell phone it don't make a bunch of funny noises on the phone....

I run BR8ES or BR9ES, I can't remember which right now...I've been switching between teh two but I think I'm just running the 8 right now...
