Intake problem?

I've got a 49 CC pocket bike, it ran great for about a week. now, when i give it throttle, the engine dies out. I replaced the fuel filter thinking it would help, but it didnt. Any ideas to what is wrong? and how i can fix it?

see if your plug is fouled out ( black)

my buddys sons recenlty had a cracked intake manifold and it was sucking air bad.
