| that's common. if ya looked when they were brand new there's some light coming through. just the way the carbon reeds are. average lifespan for a trail ridden bike/ quad is 3-5 years. race engines and high reving engines are 2-3 years but recomended every season. when they start flaking it's time to replace. or when the tips start to fray or crack

| i have some that are about a little over a year hte the tips are looking a little ragged... what would be a good replacement pedal?

| if you got vforce 3's but the carbon fiber replacement pedals... i have a set of vf2's and they show little speckles of light through also and was wondering the same thing!! good to know carbon fibers do that
