| thats crazy i think.. i have no lid at all. and im runnin a 300 right now for this cold weather and im at sea level, in the hot summer ill have a 280 in there, the power lid would be the same, if anything, if not less air than no lid at all, they shouldnt be giving you 340's and 350's when alot of people i see on here dont even run that fat on their ported bikes |

| Thats what i thought. I have DMC pipes and they say if you run no lid main jets should be at 320 and the power lid restricts some air so i thought 310 would be money. But right now i'm running 300 with snorkel removed.

| what elevation are you at? i recently found that the higher elevation the smaller the jet. i had to ask someone on here because ive never rode in the hills. im runnin 350 mains on mine with the stock carbs and porting ( flotek is fixing my porting issue as we speek ) and im at around 100ft above sea level. id say find out your sea level elevation and adjust accordingly.
