2 Carbs Versus 1

Looking for some thoughts on why the guy I bought my Banshee from replaced the two carbs with one Keihin carb. I have not ridden this one yet, waiting on clutch basket. Thanks

The two into 1 set up gives more low end power to Banshees. It does severely restrict top end power, though.
