i know that i am probably going to get bashed for this but with the smallest jet that came in the kit, my banshee picked 22HP to the rear wheels on a dyno with 94 octane. i wouldn't suggest running nitrous on a stock piston. been there done that. you also need to install a battery on the bike for the sylenoid and fuel pump. i would also conside installing a fiiting so the fuel pump will pull fuel by itself and not from the fuel line for the carbs because the pump will pull fuel away from the carbs causing it to lean out.

have you ported it yet? porting should come before NO2. porting, compression, timing..... these are a must. then think about nitrous.

What exactly are you wanting to do with this bike? If you just want the boost once in awhile then you'd be ok to go with just the nitrous IMO. But if you want power all the time do what terboed said and get it ported....

If you go with nitrous I would suggest everything Joe said. And I would also wire the battery into the stator so it has a constant charge. You have to buy a volt convertor to achieve this but it's well worth it IMO...

I would also make sure you get that crank welded if it hasnt been all ready, you wont want that letting loose under the stress of nitrous...

I think the biggest pain of nitrous on the quads is always checking volts, fuel pump turns on, etc... All the little bullshit, cause thats the shit that will mess everything up...
