You'll be able to tell on VF3's which have a logo on the outside, can't tell if reed pedals were replace on stock cage.

I suppose you're heading to Dumont for Halloween?
I ride probably 80% at Dumont. 10% Glamis, and the other 10% is dirt at Dove Springs, Johnson Valley, Stoddard Wells, etc. Haven't hit Ocotillo yet - want to do that one.

My "daily rider" is a blue & white Raptor 700 with LTE dual exhaust, black Pro Armor nerfs, and a black & white "Jackass" logo flag. Or, just look for the "EvilJesterRacing" shirt! If you see me at Dumont, come say Hi! I'll look for that sweet black 'Shee.

Seeing how Trinity did the existing work, I actually took it back in to them for a tune-up before I go try to kill myself on the Zilla. I want to ride it for a season or so before I take it to Dr. Q. for any major upgrades. Hell, it may not need it . . . I think it'll be quite fast enough.

What I REALLY want to do is try my hand at some custom fabrication and build a DS650 frame & streetbike engine (1,000cc-1,300cc) quad. They sell for $16k built . . . I think I could (if I have the talent) build one for closer to $10k. Still a crapload of money . . . but wouldn't that be fun!

actaully u can pick up a 1000cc engine for bout 1k plus another $800 for tha frame and a little tlc and sum odds and ends for under 5k u can do that as long as ur handy with a welder and wrenching skills

I need to try Neanderthal Salvage or some other cycle salvage . . . I thought I would be into an engine-less DS650 for $1,500 or $2k . . .

I figured you'd want to go quality and do +2" a-arm, probably a +8" swingarm, premium shocks all around, high-strength axle & hubs, etc . . . I can see the bill climbing rapidly.

What else is our money for?

Evil Jester, Did you ride Dumont this weekend? I heard there was a really bad accident this weekend!
A Sandrail hit a Shee & it was pretty bad. Rider was airlifted from there.
Hope it wasn't any of your people & the rider turned out ok.

Well what you could do to mod the zilla a little big more is get a better pipe for that thing. Trintiy exhaust arent that good. they always make the chamber too small. The drag pipe that is on that thing looks like its chambered for a blaster not a 500cc monster. get a shearer custom pipe or an FTZ super fat drag pipe or a DR.Q inframe pipe. probably the best three pipes for the 500 zilla.

No. Not my group. We were SUPPOSED to be there, but the fires in SoCal messed up the schedules of my buddies, so we went this weekend instead. I just walked in the door.

I read all about the accident. A rail was wheelie-ing ACROSS the face of Comp Hill and just absolutely blindsided the Banshee rider who was coming down the hill. Weird thing - the Banshee rider usually drives a rail, and was just playing on his buddies' bike!

The rider needs facial reconstruction, and has several broken bones - including his pelvis. Someone was trying to collect money for him on www.dumontduneriders.com

There were 2 more airlifts this weekend - one was a guy who flew over a razorback - straight into a deep bowl. Dum@$$. KNOW WHERE YOU ARE JUMPING TO!
