true but the shee has more maintanace problems. twice the jetting for correct temps twice the gas and 2 pipes/silencers. you might be correct on the 05 but the honda is still a legand that cant be beat

i totally agree, the 250r is a badass little machine it handles awesome .can be an awesome dragbike if setup right, can be an awesome xc or mx bike too,its definetly one of the greatest engineering feats of the atv scene ,but the banshee is a more powerful machine in stock trim and when modified will put down some serious ponies and rpms ,i think its fair to say most guys dont want to have to put stroker cranks and big bores in their motors (not that, thats bad , i love it)to be real quick they want to throw some pipes on and a filter and rip. as far as jetting goes for 2 of this and that its not like i have different jetting in one carb than another ,its not like performing brain surgery ,if your bikes jugs are in sync as they should be, you wont be doing tinkering on jetting , its maintenance isnt really anymore involved than a 250s

I definitly wouldnt mind a 250r but a decent 250r is a little out of my price range at the moment. Most i see are 3500 or above. I was thinking maybe an lt250 tho

hey quadzillas havethat cool "exploding feature" haha get a banshee unless your gonna MX then get a 250R. or...... maybe a T4 they are faster thana 250R and smaller more agile than a banshee. kinda the best of both worlds but there is a down side....... finding parts

you can bypass this switch by purchasing a banshee

Just out of curiousity, what are the top speeds of like say a stock banshee and 250r lt250 and a quadzilla?

tecate 4 the most overlooked and underrated quad ever. liek i said beats a 250R, small and more agile than a banshee. very cool and very underrated. don't buy one.. thats one less for me to buy haha
