2 stroke beginner... Such a thing?

Hey, Looking to get my First quad.... (ever) soon.. I have some experience riding on various friends ATV's and Dirtbikes. I stumbled across a very good deal on a 2000 Yamaha Banshee, But im thinking would this be a little to much for me? ( power wise)... Shed some light!!
or suggest something else for me~

i think it is better to grow into a quad then have one for a few months and out grow it. a blaster is a good place to start. there are alot of mods u can do and u can build it as u go. i dont know how old u are but if u are like 18 i would suggest getting a banshee because u wont be happy with a stock blasty for long. or u could go with a lt250 or a 250r honda which is a very versitile bike with alot of aftermarket parts. either way make a good choice dont jump right on one and buy it.

i learned on a honda 250(4 joke) and just jumped on a blaster and you see where that got me

i say go for it the bike is only as fast as ur thumb just take er easy till ya get the feel for the bike you dont have to go full 0ut your first time riding er the when u do get the feel and get comfy on it then u got all the power ya need just get a 250r hahah

Well a Blaster wouldnt be bad, But i am 6"4 so its way too small!... I think this banshee is sold but im keeping an eye out for a 2 stroke quad... And wondering my Age i am 20
