Default Carb size for a blaster?

I have an 01 blaster with a 3mm stoker, bored .40 over, stock head pipe, FMF silencer. I beleive the carb is stock. I was wanting to buy a 34mm keihin PJ carb would this be to big for my set up? I will be get a 240 kit for it later on.

it will probably work just fine, but I would concentrate on getting a different head pipe, your shooting yourself in the foot with a stock pipe. I would spend money on a pipe before the carb

id say 33 for trails 35 for dunes 34 is a happy medium .yeah your pipe is holding you back plus it weighs a ton compared to a 5 lb aftermarket pipe

yeah the stroker will only give a few more ponies....it needs portwork to make alot of bigger HP...the ports are mismatched to the travel of the piston now..the spacer can only compensate for so much..get it ported would be number 2 on my list right along with a good pipe...then a carb.

i bought the bike with the busted crank, I ve never rode a blaster before so dont know how much improvement in made over stock. Thats one reason i didnt port the head right away, i wanted to be able to tell the differance.

I did buy a 14 tooth, its alright , I like to ride wheelies trails and stuff so i think i may get a 12 tooth.
