| hello im new to this website and im young so im not sure if im even on the right thing. well basically i have a 04 kawasaki kx85 with v force 3 racing valve and a full dep pipe with dep silencer. here is a list of questions i need help answering. 1 i use to have a pro curcuit pipe but then changed over to a dep pipe as i had it spare. would any jets need adjusting ect. if so is it possible to describe what i neeed to do? 2 we installed the v force reeds of my little brothers kx85 as they came with his bike and hes only a begginer. when installed to m bike 2nd gear had no power and nothing felt right i was later told it needed jetting. we fiddled around with the air and petrol pins on the outside of the carb a little and it seemed to sound better but when ridin there stil isnt much power and theres alot o reving, black spark plug. is it possible to tel me what to do with the jets ect :S ?? 3 i have ordered a overbored piston 50.5mm wil it need any jets adjusted when it arrives? will it fit straight into a standard cyclinder. as many replies as possible would be appreciated as i am stuck at the moment and cannot ride!! thanks. |

| your piston will not fit if it's not a standard bore size, and i do believe that cylinder is a nicasil plate, so it should be standard. also go down 1 main size
