Angry Jetting Problem On My Banshee!

i have an 87 banshee with 40 over bore procircuit pipes, k and n air filter, ricky stator 200 watts. i have no clue the jetting i should use i know i was using 280 main and stock pilot when it was 20 over with stock everything. the yamaha shop doesnt know to much about anything aftermarket and they have a 3 month waiting period. so i bought a dyno jet kit stage 3 but it didnt come with any pilot jets. just a 2 needs, w clips and 280, 340, 390 main jets but no pilot witch i thought was weird. do i need the pilot jet to be change and what main jet should i be running any advice or expertice would help alot, i do fast trail riding to wide straights. and another thing i am having a problem with is when i installed the tors eliminator kit the spark was very week or not there at all i called toomey and asked them what was wrong and they couldnt really tell me they said unplug such and such wires and it should fire at normal still no spark its not anything bcuz i pluged everything back in with the tors and it works fine pull the tors off the bike doesnt run...... need help

ok first off, when u unplugged the tors from your old carb caps,, u also need to unplug the connection leading to a little black boc mounted to your frame up front on the left like up near the radiator kinda..

and as far as jetting goes. the only things u listed that have any bearing on jetting are your k&n filter and your pro circuit pipes.
im not familiar with pro circuits and i dont think many guys run them on banshees, but i do know you dont need to touch your pilot jet, leave your pilot jet alone its fine... take your air box lid off, and try a 300 main jet, it might be a little rich for those pro circuits but try that first, and if its rich then go down to a 280..
if you said your bike was stock eveyrhting, there no reason u should have a 280 main jet in there. thats wayyyyy too rich, they come with 200 at sea level... with your pipes you will probabyl end up around a 280 but try 300 first, better to be a tad on the rich side than on the lean side

ok i ll try that bcuz im still waiting on the top end to get here, it should be here tommorow if not latest friday, what about the cable running from the throttle what the hell does that do? i ll let you know how it work out... are procircuits not good or something? i do more trails then straight fast, i would have gotten a four stroke but those are for ppl who cant ride 2 strokes ahaha!
