can anyone recommend the right jets for my banshee. i just picked up these carbs and have never jetted anything before. its been bored 20 over with uni filters and ive heard i can drop the air box completely and run the filters steight off the carbs so i might go with that. also have fmf gold pipes. thanks guys

35s are too big if you dont have port work. I have 33s and thats pushing it but I have a lot of mods that work well with this set up and I plan to port this winter.

35's I think are to big. but if you want to give it a try start with a cel needle middle clip with 150mains and 55pilots

hey everyone, so i finally got time to stick the carbs on to try out the jets i got and ran into a problem. the bottom of the left side carburetor is resting right on top of the clutch linkage. if you own a shee take a look at your motor and youll see what im talking about. ive got them crammed into the stock boots right now. does anyone know if keihin or anyone else makes boots for these carbs that are made for banshees to lift up or push back the carbs and allow clearance? thanks again

1/2 inch reed spacer will push the carbs back far enough where you wont have that problem

eventually it will spilt those intake manifolds and cause a dangerous air leak ,they must have aftermarket spaced intakes or your going to run into problems down the road ,the spacer will help clear the clutch arm but like everyone says the dual 35 are way too much carb for your bike and im sure youll be down several hp throughout and with lazy lowend power

ok ok, you guys have talked me out of the 35's. and good call on that air leak. that prob would end ugly. so what size should i use for full range power? i have to buy some anyway cause the threads on the top of one of the ones that came on the bike were stripped, and ive heard that is a common prob on those mikuni carbs.
