banshee jetting specs

hi ever since i put pipes and filters on my banshee it hasnt been running to its full potential... i have inframe small bore cpi pipes ... open k&n air filters w/ outerwears .... noss coolhead 21 cc domes... boost bottle.... and 1/2 reed spacers .... does this sound about right ... 300 mains ... and the dealer installed some new needles not sure what clip there on .... it bogs down in the lower gears from 1/4 to 1/2 throttle then 3rd and 4th gear are alright then 5th and 6th the top bogs down at full throttle i run 50:1 klotz r:50 .... as far as the mains go does it sound about right ? o yeah there stock carbs ... what position should the needle be in and how can i get to it i opened up my carbs but i dont know how to take out the needle any help would be greatly appreciated thanks
