Default LT with mods Jeting???

ok im getting some work done to my LT right now its a 85, my questins is for futurer refrence once i get it all done and goign back together wich will be this spring, i got a full FMF exhaust, K&N filter with no air box, its bored 40 over, im getting the head shaved down 20 thousadths, a full port and polish, lighted fly wheel, and a 38 mm carb. and boyesen reeds, NGK BR8ES plug. so what should i start doing when it comes time to first run it? i have never re jetted any thing, so i am completly new to it.

the engine builder should be telling you this not someone from a forum ask who is porting it based on what they cut the cyl to what jetting you need
