Question Trinity CV 2 into 1 jetting specs

Hey guys, I'm new here from the HQ and happy to find this site.. I'm having some jetting issues with my 2 into 1 carb and would like to hear from others. I'm getting a bog at around half throttle when I nail it. Top and bottem end are completely fresh along with the 2 into 1, exhaust and port job. Here are my motor mods!

Trinity CV 2 into 1 intake
38mm PWK airstriker
Herr jugs aggressive trail port
DMC 916 exhaust
Timing @ +4
Vforce 3 reeds
185 main
50 pilot
DDJ, EEK needles 3rd clip
Sea level 35 degrees

Carb came with a 195 main and 52 pilot with the DDJ needle. With that configuration I would get a hesitation off idle into the rpm's. When I switched the needle to the EEK the off idle hesitation went away but now have a half throttle bog. Tried it with a 210 main which made it worse and then tried a 185 which got a little better but not sure if I should go any lower. Anyone else have this similar setup that can shed some light? It idles great.. Thanks!!

Can you tell me what needle your running, carb type and size? I'll do a plug chop this week and post up the pics. What about your timing and do you have porting?
