Default Not runing right

My 97 banshee has toomey T5 , K&N filter , v-force reeds , cool head, has a mild port , timing key,has good compression starts up on the first kick the problem is that it will idle fine and have good power in idle ,when I put it in gear the motor starts bogging like if it was out of fuel, then it will pop then run good for about minute and do the same thing all over again then it gets hot , I installed a cool head & a new Impeller thinking that was the problem did not fix then I cleaned the radiator, then I noticed my right side carb was leaking so I replaced the float , I rode the bike ran good for a little bit then started to do the same thing again, any suggestions?

Unplug the TORS, parking brake switch behind the hood and the little black box bolted to the frame and it should wake up.

Hey Fredo!
Made sure you removed the entire system with the tors brain? The little black box?
Is that harness heating up too? How's that flywheel doing? I had that same problem and turned out to be my flywheel.
Made it crazy hot too!

Why do you think it's the jetting? How's those plugs looking?

The jetting is the last thing that I haven't touched, I was just wondering , And I also removed the little black box from the tors, the plugs last time I checked were full of oil.

If the plugs are black and wet then do like mentioned and see if they come back out like that. If so then it's running fat and at minimum needs a jetting change, repack the cans, and clean the air filter. Have you checked the throttle to see if they are in sync by seeing the silver dot's on the slides in the little windows?
