Default ~~~~~Yamaha Banshee Jetting~~~~

Running DMC pipes K&N filter had a top end rebuild so I let some mechanic do that and re-jet the bike too. He put 300 mains 30 pilot and everything else is at the stock setting. I run with my snorkel removed and the weather is starting to get warmer. When I start off on the bike there is a slight bog then after like 2/8 throttle the bog goes away then at like full throttle there is also a slight bog. I'm definatley thinking of dropping the mains down a size and can I just turn the air screw out more to solve the problem of being to rich on the pilots or should I drop down a size or I was thinking of running less oil like 50:1. The plugs have a dark brown/ black color

your pilot jet is definitly too big, 27.5 is one step up from stock and thats what i read most guys running on their play ported shees and some even on certain piped shees depending on the pipe, but most with a plain piped shee leave the pilot stock, is fine, always only adjust one thing at a time, weather it be needle clip, pilot, main, airfuel screw ect.
since you have your lid on your airbox still (????) your gona be alot leaner than most people with your jetting, i found that around sea level or a bit above, mine runs great with a 280 main in summer and a 300 in the winter, i have no lid though and im near sea level, with a lid your gona be alot leaner, ive never jetted mine with a lid still on but im guessing you should be down in like the 260 range for the summer

edit* - i remember reading in another one of your posts, you have a k&m filter but no adapter plate? GET AN ADAPTER PLATE ASAP, you need that seal to be AIR TIGHT, filter around lip on adapter plate hose clamped down tight
