1994 Yz 250

We just got a new YZ 250, it didnt have a carb on it and i know nothing about it, i did a compression test and it has 185PSI, i have a hugh mikuni that came on them, i have no idea where to start witht the jetting, im a 2000Feet and running a pod filter, and should i run like 112 or 116 or is 100 enough for that compression with these motors?
