BAnshee jetting

I have recently bought a 1999 banshee it was used (duu) and i took of the carbs to clean them and i looked at the jets and the were both the same (some one cant jet, i was wondering whatt the stock jetting for a banshee is, also i have full fmf pipe and vitos piston and wondering what jets i should run. jets now are 220

depends on elevation and air box setup, but 220 you would run on a bone stock banshee at sea level

Looks like you have a K&N but what are your airbox mods and elevation. The stock jetting for a banshee is somewhere between 210/200/190 mains and 25 pilots with the needle in the middle clip. For sure you have to bump your jetting richer since you got new mods for it but the information is required for advice.

lol i dont realy care but anyways, Im still having trouble with my jetting and my first race is this saturday 4/26, and was wandering if any one knows what jet to start around, any thing will help now im gettting desperate lol.

of course they both supposed to be the same main jets!!
if you still have the air box lid on, unmodified, with a k&n and pipes, at sea level, for the summer, id try a 260 main to start and richen your needles up one clip down from the blunt end, might be rich, but always sart rich and lean it out if need be
if i was you, id put a 280 m ain in,ditch the lid and get some air to that bitch
whats your elevation anyways? that has alot to do with it...

270 mains should be good. I would ditch the snorkel and put in 280's with 25 pilots. The clip in the middle position should be good if not move up one notch leaner
