 500cc Karts! Since this is a 2 stroke forum I think Outlaw karts should get a mention. Been recycling CR, KX & LT ( yup, even Zilla's) motors for a lot of years. Picture 16 500cc karts on a 1/10th mile indoor dirt oval for the A main. Good fun. Do a search for Outlaw Karts. | i saw a pretty sick 500 grand prix cart with a rotax500 engine in it, straight expansion chambers, no baffle, sounded so god damn sick, guy said it did 140, i would totally believe that, after seeing him take off down the street, it was very very very fast.

| haha karts are sick, im a member at a track in new york but there racing on a street course and it sure isnt no 500cc the largest are 125cc and they are reaching over 90mph on the back stretch of the track its nuts lol

| Shifter karts are fast but im not sure if ive ever seen one with a 500cc i thought about building one but not going to cause theres no class at my track to run it so its pointless oh btw Indoor kart racing championships in Syracuse NY anyone going the 22nd?
