Did this just start or it's just getting worse? Is the air filter clean and fresh? Do you leave the fuel on when the bike is sitting? Does the petcock turn the fuel off? Is the carb clean and the needle and seat in good shape? A dirty and clogged filter will not allow enough air to mix with the fuel charge causing a rich condition and eat plugs. I clean and change my air filters every other ride. A faulty fuel system will allow gravity to pull fuel and load the bottom end of the motor and cause excess fuel to sit in the bottom end until you rev the shit out of it cleaning the fuel out. This is what I would do to the bike.
Clean and replace the air filter with another one, clean and inspect carb innards, check petcock shut off while carb is off and if it still flows fix and or replace it, remove spark plug and kick engine over about 20 times to clear out some of the fuel (not all of it will come out until it's running) and then after everything is done start it up. If it runs it should sound a little choked out and then just rev it or ride the snot out of it and it will clear out.
