| Hello all, i have recently bought a 1990 kdx 200 and it has just had a complete engine rebuild and been run in. I have taken it out on a few good rides without any dramas. Went to ride it the other day and it started fine but wont rev out? Just blows heaps of smoke and wont come on band at all. I have checked the carby for blockages and airfilter all seem fine. I have pulled the reeds out and they look pretty tired, no splits but they are pretty blackened and they dont appear to be seating on the cage they are slightly raised. Will this affect fuel entering and would i be better off to replace them??? Thanks Graeme |
