he has to post more before he can search right?

anyways most people say they wait until the pipe is warm to the touch before ripping.

personally i just idle it and occasionally rev it until it has good throttle response. that way its not going to bog when you try riding.

idle it with the choke on untill u can shut it off without it stalling, then idle it till the cylinder is warm, the pipe being warm means nothing, they heat up fast because they are so thin

when you have good throttle response, with no hesitation when you try revving it it is warmed. the engine has to be warmed for that to happen. at least mine. although it is not the same for my blaster??? the blaster does not as happily as my bikes.

it is ok to give it some throttle when warming it up but don't go revving it out.

Wacko jacko, you can delete ur post ur self if u wanted.

Start it up, full choke, then half choke, let it foul a plug or three, rev it to the moon........get the pipe glowing real good and then start riding!!!

kidding....

I let it idle (half choke) untill I feel the fins starting to get warm, throttle response is usually good by then. Kill the choke, then ride easy for about 50 yds...good to go!

I usually start with the choke then let it idle without choke for about 1min or so, then pop into gear and clear it out
