jeting help please

I know now that I made a mistake with the mikuni but I have it now and need a good starting point for jetting . I bought a tm38 for my 1981 KX420 the bike has a few mods like a Wiesco race piston stock bore , fmf turbine core 2 silencer , Boysen power reeds , and a uni air filter . I know that the carb is not even close to right for my big bore 2 stroke all I want is some numbers to start with so I can fine tune from there please help .

i would guess a 380 main
