Ya im done screwing with it, im just going to replace everything. I should of done it in the first place. This always happens when I try to cut corners. I didnt know you had to soak the fiber plates in oil first though. Thanks guys, im sure this will fix all the problems.

The lean it over will work on keeping the oil. But 800ml to fill it up, that's less than a quart. You still have to drain the radiator fluid to get to the clutch. Might as well change the oil while your in there, were talking 2 dollars. That's one of the things I don't like about the KX500. There's a Dutch ice racing champion that had his side case machined like a stock CR500R clutch inspection cover. The cover is clear like Lexan or Plexiglas.

That would be really nice. I had to replace the clutch. Woulnt you know it the only thing I didnt replace. Anyways, The steel plates were stuck to the fiber plates so bad that when i went to go seperate them it was peelilng off the fibers off the plates. I dont know how they got like that but its fixed now. Runs good, and strong. Thanks for the help everyone.
