Race Gas kx125

Do you have to mix the oil any different if you are running race gas? I've got a buddy with a KZ125 piped, and jetted, with v-force and he wants to run race gas. I think its going about 50:1 right now..

haha try convincing him of that :\

I didn't think he had enough mods to be worrying about that.

LEt him waste his cash on High dollar fule.....But 50;1 Is good if he is useing a oil that will support that ratio...

is there any porting work done? is the head milled at all? if you don't have the proper mods on it you will be wasting your money on race fuel

Yep. if you still have the stock compression ratio, there's no need for anything more than 93 octane...he's just pissing in the wind otherwise

he might think that his equiptment is enough to run it but like DT said, he's just pissin in the wind.. hey DT i might have to run race fuel in the shee. my compression is between 140-150 range and the motor hasn't even been fired up yet. then again when i get it running if i end up having to run race fuel i'll just go up a size or 2 on the domes. wow that would be exspensive 2 quads on race fuel

haha yeah it would be expensive....what it is up to around here now, like 3.60 something a gallon or something like that? Yeah those compression numbers are gonna go up a bit once the rings get seated...

yeah thats what i'm afraid of. i think it is $3.65 a gallon right now
