New KX 250

hey guys im new to this forum and to two strokes. i just got a 2000 kx 250 with 8 hrs. on it from a guy at my dads work. it is in super good condition, i thought it was never ridden. well any ways is there anything i should be careful of or worry about on this particular bike? also wat two-stroke oil do you reccomend? thanks

One thing to watch out for is the KX might have a tendacy to put you on your ass if you are new to it..J/k they like to be run hard not a putt putt toy pretty much a solid machine,,,Swing arm bearings are the one thing to keep an eyey on...As far as oil Use a good quality Synthetic Oil...AMSOIL, KLOTZ , RED LINE , ECT.
