Tecate in DW Reader's rides

So I was looking at DW and there is a sweet Tecate 4 in the Reader's rides. This one was probably the nicest T4 I have seen or near the top 5. So what really interested me was the person who own's it lives in Londenderry NH which is right up the road from me.

Just wondering if anyone here happens to be that person. Just want to see it first hand I guess. It is really rare to see a T4 in NH.
