Default 1984 KX250 Plastic

How can I find out what newer years (if any) of plastic will fit on a 1984 KX250?

If by newer years you mean the 90s or 2000s I'd say there's a 99.9% chance you're SOL. If by newer you mean 1985 then you might be in luck. Call and ask your dealer, or check online, to see if the numbers for the plastics are the same as the 84 KX250's.

I'd just load my ride and head to a boneyard or two. If you have your bike with you, you can fit to your hearts content. I had to do a VERY small amount of tab relocating to make 88-02 XR600 plastic-seat-tank fit my 85 XR600. Asking around got me nowhere because they really didnt fit. But by moving a single mounting tab 1 inch everything went on like it was made for my ride. In many cases, it actually increases the sale value of the bike.
