| this is where it gets tricky ,im positive youd gain power by going to an outof frame drag pipe but it would need custom made and it is an art that isnt something your probably gonna be capable of unless youve been hand making them and have a pipe program ,the man yo u wanna talk to is Matt shearer in california ,he makes the worlds best custom 2 stroke pipes also FTZ racing makes a side route production pipe for your engine that would certainly gai nyo uas well ,for your setup i thin kthat is the next logical step to increase output although it will be mostly a topend gain id guess of 4 more hp

| i talked with a tech from v p racing fuels in indy he thought i could gian more than 6 % extra over the 118 trach tec i just ran on dyno he said there d r t fuel or c m p fuel depending on comp . i am ording both to dyno he also said they were mostly oxygentes with a little gas added i need more ideas |

| try 100LL aviation fuel instead it has lots of lead and plenty of oxygen .most smal lairports sell it for around 3.25$ a gallon and it has excellent anti detonation characteristics ,worth a try IMO ,ill try to find thsoe telephone numbers Stewart

| i found out today that my dyno numbers were at moter we ran them with out dyno deducting for drag and ratio etc dyno numbers for touque still 62 but hp loss was 24 with all drag and ratio figures so the moter hp was 101 hp very interesting stewart |

| yes it made 77 rear wheel i was looking at dyno sheets from a 500 suz by trinty and it made the same ft pds of tourqe at 62 but 91 hp looking at the numbers they were using a progam that took into account drive train loss which i had not been doing so there numbers looked a lot higher since dynos measure torque and caluculate hp based on 5252 rpm my ft pds was same . any input |

| trinity is a joke ...i dont see that happening on the suzuki engine especially ,you would be extremly fortunate and have countless hours of tweaking on a dyno to get 80 true rwhp on any 500cc single cylinder engine unless it is a saber tooth IMO
