Kasea skyhawk 90 mod Horsepower?

My little brother has a skyhawk 90 and hes 6 and its a little slow for him and i was wondering about what kind of mods to get for it and if i put 500 dollars worth of motor work to it what i could get and what kind of horsepower and speed i could get out of it!

stock the way it sits ,its probably a 4-5 hp machine ,port it ,head mods, and a better pipe and bored or bigger carb, it could realisticlly get close to 15-20 rwhp
for 500 you could race port it ,mill the head, and get a much better pipe id think

I have the same machine. I'd start out with their power up c-kit for $340 and go from there. Maybe add a clamp-on Uni filter and outerwear for another $30, and see how he likes it.

After that, I'd suggest a bigger carb and some port work.
