| well if its basically the same as a snowmobile clutch, check everything in the clutch for slop, take the weights and everything apart, make sure the bushings in the weights are good, clean and lubed, and if you want higher rpm go and see if you can get a slightly stiffer spring to put in there to raise the rpm. i dont know what they have for speed and/or rpm limiters so you will have to go somewhere else for that answer

| I've talked to some guys on a different forum http://www.atvconnection.com and there's a ton of different thing to do to these artic cat 90's. The clutches are different, the ring between the plates take it out. Several restrictors the first in the intake, the second on the carb slide. Take the slide out, remove the slide from the cable and then remove the spacer. This will allow the carb to open fully. The third, in the exhaust flange. Take the header pipe off and remove the washer (keep the gasket there). The four, re-jet your main to 82.5 and cut out the small pipe on the silencer. If you look close at the silencer you will see two pipes. The small one is the restricter, but YOU MUST RE-JET OR YOU WILL RUN TO LEAN. Other mods are the usual shave, mill, port, rev box. Hope this will help anyone looking for info, I know it helped me ALOT!!!!
