Does anyone know cheap ways to make a 50cc dirtbike faster?

Im sure it has some sort of throttle restrictor plate if its stock, usually the kiddy bikes have these restrictors that are easy to remove and net nice gains.

How could i tell if it has a throttle restrictor plate? The 50 goes about 40mph right now with High performance exhaust and air filter.

In the throttle housing, or even a screw in the back like the Shee & Blaster

u could buy a boost bottle on ebay for a 50 should bolt up, or make ur own its really simple just a bottle that displaces slightly higher than the engine between the carb and reeds, allows gas pushed back through reeds to be stored in bottel when you need it, quicker accl. slightly higher top speed, i think u can buy em for shee's to, either that or that mini disposable nitrous oxide kit, both r cheap easy mods, a lot cheaper than porting polishing stroking higher compression etc, pm me for more info.

By taking the air filter off, holding the throttle pinned, and seeing if the slide or throttle blade is fully open...

is it a 4 stroke or a 2 stroke

this one of the few times that i get to say this, but if its a 4 stroke you can make it rip, pipe 125 big bore, stroker, cam, valves, air filter etc

if its a 2 stroke you could port it mill the head get a pipe get a bigger carb, reeds if they make em, air filter and tahts probly all you can do
