Heeeeeeeeeeeelp

I just finished cleaning my air filter, and I moved the carb around a bit in the process... all of a sudden I start my bike and fuel wont stop coming out of one of the over flow lines... its the lower line coming from the carb.... What the hell did I do? and how the heck can I fix it?
