KTM 125SX has no spark.

Hi everyone, I am brand new to this site and am looking for some advice on electical issues. I am a heating, a/c tech. and am very good with trouble shooting electrical circuits. I basically need some advice to what readings I should be getting when I ohm out coils, cdi, stator. I ohmed out my coil and I am getting .9 on the primary and 12.7 on the secondary. The primary was fluctuating between 300-25 but then settling down to .9. I haven't checked the cdi or stator. I find these sites very helpful as I belong to hvacmech.com helping people with their hvac problems. Thank you in advance.
