Carb issues!

Ok, so i turned the mix screw and the idle screw to every possible damn adjustment and put in a new jet a 190 and now still when it fires up it over revs itself ok please help now cause im frustrated and reallly confused.

what year is your quad. Oh and try with the choke on. If it does not over rev than your jet is too lean

its an 86 and i just took the 230 jet out it did the same thing

hows the carb intake boot any cracks? check the cylinder base nuts. and it might be the crank seal behind the flywheel sucking air. also are you sure the carb slide is going all the way down, so its closed?

Yea, im sure im thinking the problem is that somewhere in the twist throttle idk if anyon e has a good stock carb they wanna send me to try and i can i need to do something if this dont work idk wut to do guess ill just put it up for sale then lol its starting to really piss me off
