Default jetting

i was wondering what size of jets i should use. I just got my four wheeler ported, boysen reeds, fmf pipe, bored 20 over, and head polished up. i live in northwest missouri like five miles south of iowa border. right now i have stock carb and stock jets. just wondering what i should try first.
