Default What to do?

Well, long story short, I bought a brand new jug a while back, sent it to Denny(flotek) for porting and had the head milled. Got copper head and base gaskets from rjatv and a PWK39 off of ebay. I put it all together with a new Wiseco piston and couldnt get it to run right at all. After a ton of head aches I figured out that the PWK39 had been drilled out for alchohol. So here it is several months later and I borrowed a carb from a buddy and at least got to ride it for a few minutes. However, i noticed a slight coolant leak from the head gasket, so I waited until this weekend to do anything with it. I pulled the head off,sprayed the gasket with copper coat , put the head back on and started to torque the nuts. At 19 foot pounds on the final torque, it stripped the threads out of the jug. No big deal right? So i get an 8mm heli coil, drill out the threads, tap the new threads (as Ive done numerous times) insert the heli coil, screw the stud back in and the stud is so crooked that the head wont go on. I messed it up, I admit it. So now in order to get the hole back straight I chucked it back up in the drill press and drilled it out to accept a 3/8 heli coil and stud. Now , should I: A) drill the rest of them out to 3/8, B) heli coil the rest of them to 3/8 , or C) put it back together with 5 8mm studs and one 3/8 stud and hope that the rest of them dont strip ?

I second that ride it like you stole it. I will need to contact rjatv and get me some copper headgaskets. I just dont like the graphite type personally.

Honestly, Im still contemplating, I really dont want to tear this thing back down if it happens again. Plus I hate mismatched bolts and nuts.

Ok the do them all the same size, just make sure if you do that they are all straight or your might end up with one of them being a 3/4" lol... just saying if you only do the one there is less of a chance of what already happened happening again.

i say ride it unless it starts leaking again which in that case jus do em all 3/8
